NO age requirement — distinguishes from sister 'Residencia en Calidad de Jubilado o Pensionado' which implies retirement. Demonstrable via foreign-company dividend statements (USD 2,000 over last 5 yrs), property-contract abroad (5 yrs), or foreign bank deposits (5+ yrs). +USD 250/mo per dependent (additional monthly income, NOT one-time). Fees in DOP: RD$ 28,800 expediente + RD$ 3,500 carnet+cédula + RD$ 6,300 medical = RD$ 38,600 total (~USD 643 at BCRD May 2026).
