Estonia's tech-startup founder pathway. Distinct from EE DN (existing in DB). Startup Committee (~10 working-day review) confirms applicant meets startup definition: tech-driven, innovative, scalable, global-growth-potential, company <10 years old, registered in Estonia. EUR 800/mo minimum funds for each month of intended Estonia stay. Two options: long-stay D visa (up to 365 days + 183-day extension) OR residence permit for entrepreneurship (up to 5 years). NO state fee for Committee review. NOTE: this is DIFFERENT from Estonia e-Residency (which is NOT a residency permit, just digital identity).
