Hungary's relaunched Golden Visa effective July 2024. Two qualifying paths: (a) EUR 250,000 investment-bond certificate from real-estate fund manager registered with Hungarian National Bank — must hold 5 years (approved funds include Sprint REIF approved 2024-10-29, Gravitas REIF approved 2025-01-22); (b) EUR 1,000,000 education donation. The EUR 500K direct real-estate purchase route announced was ABOLISHED before implementation. 10-year residence permit + 10-year renewal extension. Schengen Area access (90 days within any 180-day period). Sister to existing HU White Card (DN visa).
