Monthly income USD 3,000 for 6+ months documented via bank statements. Launched 18 November 2024 as visa category B12-1. Visa-free list of 48 economically developed countries can apply WITHOUT invitation; others need invitation per Appendix 6 of Rules. 1-5 business day processing for visa-free-list nationalities. No criminal record. International medical insurance covering Kazakhstan required. Cannot work for Kazakhstan companies (only foreign employers/clients). 1 year initial validity, extendable for 1 additional year. Spouse and dependents receive visas valid for same duration as primary holder (subject to no-work restriction). NOT a PR pathway (separate KZ permanent residence framework).
