DISCONTINUED - SRRV Human Touch was abolished in the PRA Sept-2025 restructure; only Classic + Courtesy are offered to new applicants. Existing holders are understood to be grandfathered. Historical terms follow. SRRV variant for ailing retirees aged 50+ requiring MEDICAL or CLINICAL care. USD 10,000 SRRV deposit + USD 1,500/mo pension + Philippine-accepted health insurance policy required. Lower deposit than SRRV Classic non-pensioner path (USD 20K) but identical to Classic-with-pension path. Spouse + 2 children at no extra deposit; additional dependent = USD 15,000 each. Visa indefinite while deposit held. NOT a path to Philippine citizenship. Sister to SRRV Classic (50+, standard), SRRV Smile (35+, deposit-only), SRRV Courtesy (ex-military / former Filipinos).
