DISCONTINUED - SRRV Smile has been suspended for new applicants since October 2020 and is NOT part of the Sept-2025 two-tier SRRV structure (Classic + Courtesy only). Existing holders are understood to be grandfathered. Historical terms follow. Age 35+ (LOWEST minimum age among SRRV variants — Classic requires 50+). USD 20,000 SRRV deposit ONLY (no pension proof required). Deposit must be remitted from foreign bank with PRA Letter of Introduction; held as time-deposit in PRA-accredited Philippine bank. Spouse + 2 children at no extra deposit; additional dependent = USD 15,000 each. NO mandatory physical presence. Visa indefinite while deposit held. NOT a path to Philippine citizenship. USD 1,500 one-time PRA fee + USD 360 annual. Foreign-source pensions tax-exempt in PH. Sister to SRRV Classic (50+, USD 10K with pension); SRRV Human Touch (50+ ailing, medical); SRRV Courtesy (50+ ex-military / former Filipinos).
