Requires proof of passive income (pension, rental, dividends, IP royalties). Subsistence calculated PER CAPITA: +30% per child/young-person under 18 or non-minor dependent (EUR 276/mo); +50% for spouse (EUR 460/mo). NEW 2025-10-22 immigration bill amendment: family reunification after 2 YEARS of legal residence (was 5+); reducible to 15 months with 18-month cohabitation evidence.
