Income requirement: 2× Slovenian average monthly net salary (~EUR 3,052.04 = USD 3,357 at ECB May 2026 rates; figure recalculates with each Official Gazette publication of the average net salary). Valid up to 1 year, non-renewable; must wait 6 months before reapplying. Eligible: non-EU/EEA nationals employed by, contracting with, or self-employed for a business based outside Slovenia, work delivered remotely via ICT. Family reunification permitted immediately (no waiting period). Apply via diplomatic post abroad OR administrative unit within Slovenia if already legally present.
